Spectators: 7709 (Terracing: 5783, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arvid Henriksson started the match with the kick off. Burni Justo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but John Wahlnäs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burni Justo in the 7th minute of play forced FF Små Gröna Män's goalkeeper John Wahlnäs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustavo De la Torre hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, FF Små Gröna Män's Dick Hagberg tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cristo Rico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvid Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. John Wahlnäs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bladi Lama went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Kjell Törnqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 30 minutes into the game, Arvid Henriksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cristo Rico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. John Wahlnäs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Morcego in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FF Små Gröna Män's Verner Hansson got a free kick in the 35th minute. The supporters of Real Club Celta de Vigo booed when FF Små Gröna Män was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dick Hagberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 played minutes FF Små Gröna Män got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Arne Tidéksson. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind FF Små Gröna Män's goalkeeper John Wahlnäs, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Bladi Lama got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bladi Lama to make the kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by FF Små Gröna Män's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Danilo Santander was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Club Celta de Vigo's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Danilo Santander got away a dangerous shot. Despite this John Wahlnäs quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The attack was good, but when Arvid Henriksson in the 54th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Nicasio Morcego recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute Arvid Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Rico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Bladi Lama managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Club Celta de Vigo's supporters rose to their feet, but Bladi Lama was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. John Wahlnäs breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The FF Små Gröna Män fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when FF Små Gröna Män's Dick Hagberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cristo Rico came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by FF Små Gröna Män's Dick Hagberg. But to his dismay, Dick Hagberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 83rd minute, Timmy Edström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Gustavo De la Torre got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 88 minutes of play Real Club Celta de Vigo's Gustavo De la Torre was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Gustavo De la Torre kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
