FF Små Gröna Män's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Club Celta de Vigo the free kick. Cristo Rico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvid Henriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Valerio Delgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Arvid Henriksson put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Cristo Rico. 46 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Real Club Celta de Vigo's Burni Justo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bladi Lama to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in FF Små Gröna Män's zone, Burni Justo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John Wahlnäs came out of the goal and Burni Justo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bladi Lama in the 54th minute of play forced FF Små Gröna Män's goalkeeper John Wahlnäs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bladi Lama struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. John Wahlnäs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Club Celta de Vigo. In the 61st match minute, FF Små Gröna Män was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Larsson to maneuver through the defense. Danilo Santander was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the game, Nicasio Morcego was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After some careless play in the Real Club Celta de Vigo defense, Arvid Henriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Rico. The Real Club Celta de Vigo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Rico should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arvid Henriksson in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Rico saved Real Club Celta de Vigo from getting behind. Arvid Henriksson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 95th playminute.
