The audience thought a goal was coming when Davi Gavilanes got free with Mekki Pink in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jem But hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Mekki Pink took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marques Cal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Davi Gavilanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mekki Pink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, JEMBer UTara's Mekki Pink got control of the ball when Klevis Selvia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, JEMBer UTara's goalkeeper Mekki Pink had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xanti Gavilanes. Mekki Pink made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Marques Cal sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Gavilanes in the 36th minute of play forced JEMBer UTara's goalkeeper Mekki Pink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 played minutes JEMBer UTara got a freekick which was hit by Zafran Hsi. After having played for 44 minutes, Xanti Gavilanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ...Pingue S.C....'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Xanti Gavilanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of ...Pingue S.C.... booed when JEMBer UTara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haddad Leimena didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Klevis Selvia made the kick off in the second half. Mekki Pink made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klevis Selvia in the 52nd minute of play. Mekki Pink didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Davi Gavilanes went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Sebastião Monesterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chi Bay in the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Davi Gavilanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mekki Pink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Gavilanes's late challenge caught a JEMBer UTara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matias Gavilanes helped the player get up and apologised.
