CERRO PORTEÑO's Hitz Valiente was substituted for Orti Matos. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Laerte Marquez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armandinho Pombal's late challenge caught a CERRO PORTEÑO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armandinho Pombal helped the player get up and apologised. Agostinho Guedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giraldo Laiseca having to interfere. Hitz Valiente charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Hitz Valiente hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. CERRO PORTEÑO's Giraldo Laiseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Guedes in the 75th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Régis Vides came free, but Giraldo Laiseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agostinho Guedes in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
