Samuel Demicoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Michael Eriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 12th minute Karl-Michael Eriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Demicoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute HEJA ESLÖV were awarded a corner. Alexander Törnblom went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steve DeGaetano in the 15th minute of play forced HEJA ESLÖV's goalkeeper Simon Bergsten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steve DeGaetano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Demicoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Eriksson in the 25th minute of play. Oliver Friggieri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Simon Bergsten made a huge save. If Alexander Törnblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 minutes Templars FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alexander Törnblom who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on HEJA ESLÖV's corner Alexander Törnblom fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Samuel Demicoli quite easily take care of the ball. If Karl-Michael Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kristoffer Kleen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Michael Eriksson to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Templars FC's Colin Cassola got a free kick in the 55th minute. Karl-Michael Eriksson hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Oliver Friggieri fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Templars FC's protests and gave Oliver Friggieri a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Templars FC got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Friggieri. Simon Bergsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Borg Xuereb, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 72nd minute, Oliver Friggieri made a precise shot to the right of Simon Bergsten. HEJA ESLÖV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Daniel Brovall hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Simon Bergsten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sean Friggieri in the 77th minute of play. Peppino Azzopardi took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Bergsten. Simon Bergsten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Templars FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
