In the 5th minute Mark Borg Xuereb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Kajfasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Borg Xuereb scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pawel Kajfasz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ksawery Trynda's late challenge caught a Templars FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ksawery Trynda helped the player get up and apologised. Ksawery Trynda hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Keith DeGaetano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pawel Kajfasz. TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 14th minute, Oliver Friggieri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pawel Kajfasz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Izydor Skrzypiec hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes, Templars FC's Keith DeGaetano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pawel Kajfasz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Templars FC reached it. In the 20th minute Templars FC were awarded a corner. Keith DeGaetano went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Templars FC's corner Keith DeGaetano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pawel Kajfasz quite easily take care of the ball. Samuel Demicoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wasyl Gonsiewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Templars FC's Keith DeGaetano got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pawel Kajfasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Borg Xuereb, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Pawel Kajfasz came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Templars FC's Oliver Friggieri. But to his dismay, Oliver Friggieri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's Wasyl Gonsiewski got a free kick in the 39th minute. Wasyl Gonsiewski hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Ksawery Trynda was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 43 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's Ksawery Trynda got a free kick in the 44th minute. When Keith DeGaetano came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Templars FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keith DeGaetano couldn't finish the play. Pawel Kajfasz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peppino Azzopardi in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wasyl Gonsiewski to strike the kick off in the second half. Oliver Friggieri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Pawel Kajfasz made a huge save. In the 52nd minute of the match Templars FC got a corner. TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Keith DeGaetano ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Peppino Azzopardi to score against Pawel Kajfasz in TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's goal. 0-4 after 53 minutes. After a defensive mix-up in TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's zone, Mark Borg Xuereb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pawel Kajfasz came out of the goal and Mark Borg Xuereb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's Tomasz Wasilewski got a free kick in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's goalkeeper Pawel Kajfasz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peppino Azzopardi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oliver Friggieri in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pawel Kajfasz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peppino Azzopardi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Pawel Kajfasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peppino Azzopardi got free with Pawel Kajfasz in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oliver Friggieri who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Pawel Kajfasz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Templars FC booed when TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Jajesniak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pawel Kajfasz was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Mark Borg Xuereb capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mark Borg Xuereb really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Oliver Friggieri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Pawel Kajfasz made a huge save. In the 94th minute, Peppino Azzopardi made a precise shot to the right of Pawel Kajfasz. TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Templars FC played a much better game than TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA and deserved their victory. The TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
