Gert Smits could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Sílvio Couto made a huge save. In the 5th match minute, Mijdrecht Maffia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cobus Wolf to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Mijdrecht Maffia booed when Uno Mille FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dida Linares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacob Scholte hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 13 played minutes Mijdrecht Maffia got a freekick which was hit by Nico-Jan Daalmeyer. 19 minutes into the match, Mijdrecht Maffia's goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino Trigo came free, but Mirko Vervoort reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Gert Smits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes Uno Mille FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roger Rekers who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Mijdrecht Maffia's Gert Smits to fire away a dangerous shot which Sílvio Couto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mijdrecht Maffia's Jacob Scholte suffered a concussion after 24 minutes and had to leave the field. 24 minutes into the game, Dida Linares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uno Mille FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mijdrecht Maffia the free kick. Mijdrecht Maffia's David Buring was substituted for Jacob Scholte. Dida Linares hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Uno Mille FC's goalkeeper Sílvio Couto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gert Smits. Uno Mille FC's Sílvio Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Rein Roetering in the 28th minute of play. Sílvio Couto was a little too slow when Gert Smits got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Mijdrecht Maffia's Roger Rekers in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uno Mille FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Roger Rekers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uno Mille FC's Sílvio Couto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Mijdrecht Maffia's Gert Smits in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uno Mille FC's goalie prevented a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Uno Mille FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Smits came free, but Sílvio Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Garcia in the 41st minute of play forced Mijdrecht Maffia's goalkeeper Mirko Vervoort to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the game, David Buring was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After having played for 43 minutes, Dudu de Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uno Mille FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dudu de Sena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Buring got free with Sílvio Couto in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerrit Driel got in the 47th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Sílvio Couto handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gert Smits to strike the kick off in the second half. Gert Smits sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sílvio Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Rein Roetering, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Uno Mille FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Rekers came free, but Sílvio Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kléberson de Sena hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gert Smits in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sílvio Couto saved Uno Mille FC from getting behind. After 56th play minutes Gert Smits shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Sílvio Couto and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, Mijdrecht Maffia's Mirko Vervoort got control of the ball when Dudu de Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Uno Mille FC defense, Gert Smits kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sílvio Couto. The Uno Mille FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sílvio Couto should have stopped the shot. Pedrinho Ramos hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Sílvio Couto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roger Rekers's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Pedrinho Ramos hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Jan Rein Roetering received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Sílvio Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Gert Smits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Mijdrecht Maffia's Mirko Vervoort got control of the ball when Valdemar Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Gert Smits cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Sílvio Couto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 96 minutes into the match, Gert Smits had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sílvio Couto. Uno Mille FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gert Smits was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mijdrecht Maffia fully deserved thier win.
