Franco Mussoll's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Janoško read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Mussoll came free, but Marian Janoško reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zuriko Lagala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcin Dyczkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 21 played minutes Inter de Guayaquil FC got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Villafane. 27 minutes into the match, Inter de Guayaquil FC's goalkeeper Zuriko Lagala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filip Marud. Filip Marud in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zuriko Lagala, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Xusto Vada put in a rough tackle. Zuriko Lagala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcin Dyczkowski in the 34th minute of play. Marcin Dyczkowski took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zuriko Lagala. Zuriko Lagala dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. A collision led to Inter de Guayaquil FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Franco Mussoll hit a great ball. The supporters of Inter de Guayaquil FC booed when Fortuna 86 Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beniamin Makowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Marian Janoško got control of the ball when Franco Mussoll tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Grzegorz Szamotulski got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 95 played minutes Inter de Guayaquil FC got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Villafane. Fortuna 86 Szczecin were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
