With a little luck, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Thomas Runeberg got control of the ball when Olof Berggren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mohamed Küdüs kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. LA VIOLA's Stig Byström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Küdüs in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Callum Marshall made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes LA VIOLA got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Edvin Vester. Thomas Runeberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Berggren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Callum Marshall got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Callum Marshall who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Stig Byström when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
