After a rather tough play, Bresikas's Anier Salomon got a free kick in the 26th minute. Elpidio Hever was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Walter Silvera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Erasmo Ado made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serafin Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
