Spectators: 7738 (Terracing: 5805, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) Serafin Fernandes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vitko Vutev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute of the match Bresikas got a corner. MIT's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. German Natal ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bresikas's Narciso Ignatius was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vitko Vutev in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mario Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Vitko Vutev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Teodor kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. If Leontin Iacobescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leontin Iacobescu got free with Erasmo Ado in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, Bresikas's goalkeeper Erasmo Ado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leontin Iacobescu. German Natal hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Delmiro Hermelando kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 43 played minutes MIT got a freekick which was hit by Emil Glodeanu. Edgar Teodor made in the 47th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Andrei Opincaru immediately put the ball in play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serafin Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59thth minute of the game Leontin Iacobescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bresikas's Erasmo Ado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Justino Otsoko hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. MIT's Mihai Cismaș was substituted for Sever Dobrescu. Erasmo Ado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodor Lucaci in the 74th minute of play. Teodor Lucaci took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erasmo Ado. Erasmo Ado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Erasmo Ado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcu Voitiş's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Erasmo Ado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcu Voitiş in the 79th minute of the match. Teodor Lucaci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 90 minutes into the game, one of Bresikas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sabin Eniceicu walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 93rd minute, Leontin Iacobescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcu Voitiş in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erasmo Ado saved Bresikas from getting behind. In the 97th minute, Teodor Lucaci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Narciso Ignatius charged in rather forcefully in the 98th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Ignatius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 98 played minutes Bresikas got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Ignatius. MIT's Teodor Lucaci got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
