After having played for 15 minutes, Aurelio Martorella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santoryu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Martorella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fedele Di Tommaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Armin Giolo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Fernandes in the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bresikas's Mario Chaime got a free kick in the 35th minute. Fedele Di Tommaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute of the match Santoryu FC got a corner. Bresikas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fedele Di Tommaso ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Santoryu FC's corner Fedele Di Tommaso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Erasmo Ado quite easily take care of the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Santoryu FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Bresikas a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by German Natal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Santoryu FC's Armin Giolo. 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some careless play in the Santoryu FC defense, Serafin Fernandes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armin Giolo. The Santoryu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armin Giolo should have stopped the shot. In the 61stth minute of the game Fedele Di Tommaso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bresikas's Erasmo Ado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mario Chaime was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Fedele Di Tommaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Serafin Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Mario Chaime fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Giolo having to interfere. When Mario Chaime fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bresikas's protests and gave Mario Chaime a yellow card for diving instead. Mario Chaime hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Erasmo Ado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damiano Sisti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Bresikas getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Mario Chaime hit a great ball. Armin Giolo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Chaime in the 85th minute of the match. Serafin Fernandes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 87th playminute. Thanks to some nice moves Serafin Fernandes could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Armin Giolo however easily saved by the left post. In the 91st minute of the match Bresikas got a corner. Santoryu FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. German Natal ran over to the corner to take the kick. Narciso Ignatius who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Armin Giolo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Erasmo Ado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Di Tommaso in the 93rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fedele Di Tommaso in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erasmo Ado saved Bresikas from getting behind. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bresikas eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
