The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goal looked a bit too open when Eron Sanez came free, but Egil Sølve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 minutes Holmkjar Hotspurs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Magdaleno Revenga who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eron Sanez in the 21st minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Egil Sølve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Tonni Dong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florin Quelia. Golden Dragón F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tonni Dong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Florin Quelia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oluf Ankerbøl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Holmkjar Hotspurs's Oluf Ankerbøl in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Golden Dragón F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Florin Quelia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tonni Dong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florin Quelia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loui Bargmann in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Diz in the 42nd minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Egil Sølve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Diz came free, but Egil Sølve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Eron Sanez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Egil Sølve, 1-1. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Holmkjar Hotspurs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morthen Helmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egil Sølve made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josu Mendibuey in the 48th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tonni Dong made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oluf Ankerbøl in the 54th minute of play forced Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Florin Quelia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Tonni Dong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Quelia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Arsenio Lanzon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oluf Ankerbøl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Quelia having to interfere. With a little luck, Golden Dragón F.C's Florin Quelia got control of the ball when Oluf Ankerbøl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florin Quelia came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Holmkjar Hotspurs's Oluf Ankerbøl. But to his dismay, Oluf Ankerbøl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Kalle Bjarkmann was substituted for Oluf Ankerbøl. 76 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Tonni Dong came free, but Florin Quelia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 played minutes Holmkjar Hotspurs got a freekick which was hit by Morthen Helmi. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kalle Bjarkmann got free with Florin Quelia in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Florin Quelia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vagner Vennitze. Egil Sølve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josu Mendibuey, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Kalle Bjarkmann scored 1-3 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florin Quelia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 89 minutes, Vagner Vennitze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holmkjar Hotspurs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vagner Vennitze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Diz came free, but Egil Sølve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Golden Dragón F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Holmkjar Hotspurs were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
