The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10thth minute of the game Bernardo Carbonaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Centenario Bohemio's Claudio Oso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mark Evans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Quin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Centenario Bohemio's zone, Felice Domina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Oso came out of the goal and Felice Domina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mark Evans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Quin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Bernardo Carbonaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Centenario Bohemio's Claudio Oso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baba Paaby in the 28th minute of play. Tomás Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Felice Domina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfonso Txeru's late challenge caught a AC Civetta Notturna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfonso Txeru helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Centenario Bohemio getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Alfonso Txeru hit a great ball. Felice Domina struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Claudio Oso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Civetta Notturna. Bernardo Carbonaro scored 0-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Oso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Bernardo Carbonaro got free in front of the goal in the 44th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Claudio Oso was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After the first half AC Civetta Notturna were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

AC Civetta Notturna's Aldo Ruscitti was substituted for Felice Domina. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Carbonaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldo Ruscitti in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Oso saved Centenario Bohemio from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Centenario Bohemio's Roman Pacifico got a free kick in the 57th minute. The supporters of AC Civetta Notturna booed when Centenario Bohemio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Oto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomiro Oto hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Centenario Bohemio's zone, Aldo Ruscitti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Oso came out of the goal and Aldo Ruscitti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th minute, Froilan Rico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, AC Civetta Notturna's Claudio Oso threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bernardo Carbonaro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Daniele Danza did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Claudio Oso 73 minutes into the match. Nunez Quin kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Carbonaro in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Oso saved Centenario Bohemio from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baba Paaby got free with Claudio Oso in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute, Alfonso Txeru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudio Oso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldo Ruscitti in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Quin in the 96th minute of play forced AC Civetta Notturna's goalkeeper Mark Evans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniele Danza got free with Claudio Oso in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded AC Civetta Notturna left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Centenario Bohemio.
