Spectators: 7682 (Terracing: 5762, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) Gastres FC's Jeremias Tancredo managed to work through Pesqueira City's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Jeremias Tancredo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After a rather tough play, Gastres FC's Lucas Cesaro got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 9th minute Maximo Bertran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo de Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Gastres FC's David Calvino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivo de Moraes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Bertran in the 13th minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Ivo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivo de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Bertran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yan Netto took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgilio Txilar. Virgilio Txilar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Kléber Garcia hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Durvalino Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pesqueira City's Ivo de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Tancredo in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of Pesqueira City booed when Gastres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Bertran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgilio Txilar made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Yan Netto sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th match minute, Pesqueira City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durvalino Diniz to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yan Netto to strike the kick off in the second half. Ivo de Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Tancredo in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Maximo Bertran notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Pesqueira City's Ivo de Moraes. Ivo de Moraes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, David Calvino took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Ivo de Moraes to make any attempt to save it. Virgilio Txilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yan Netto, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Maximo Bertran scored 1-6 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivo de Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeremias Tancredo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivo de Moraes came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeremias Tancredo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 70th minute. Ivo de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Tancredo in the 74th minute of play. Ivo de Moraes came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Gastres FC's Marco Endura. But to his dismay, Marco Endura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Tancredo in the 78th minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Ivo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivo de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Tancredo in the 81st minute of play. In the 86th minute, Jeremias Tancredo made a precise shot to the right of Ivo de Moraes. Pesqueira City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-9. With an all-out effort, Gastres FC's Ivo de Moraes threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marco Endura, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Tancredo got free with Ivo de Moraes in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivo de Moraes came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Gastres FC's Marco Endura. But to his dismay, Marco Endura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-10. Gastres FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
