Virgilio Txilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Rein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Rein blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgilio Txilar having to make a save. In the 42nd minute, David Calvino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robert Behrens. The goal made the score 1-0. Virgilio Txilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Talip Ayna, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, ＫÎＬＬÎＫ's Jonas Rein got a free kick in the 51st minute. Robert Behrens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Calvino went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 55th match minute, Gastres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Tristan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlyas Keleş in the 56th minute of play forced Gastres FC's goalkeeper Virgilio Txilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Talip Ayna in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Txilar saved Gastres FC from getting behind. In the 60th minute, David Calvino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 66 minutes, Musa Kara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ＫÎＬＬÎＫ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Musa Kara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Gastres FC's goalkeeper Virgilio Txilar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Rein. With his leg Virgilio Txilar managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when ＫÎＬＬÎＫ's Jonas Rein fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Virgilio Txilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İlyas Keleş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Txilar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İlyas Keleş's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Virgilio Txilar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Musa Kara in the 81st minute. Jonas Rein came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Virgilio Txilar could save by the left post. After 93 minutes, Santiago Rios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gastres FC and the ＫÎＬＬÎＫ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Santiago Rios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ＫÎＬＬÎＫ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
