Ivo de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luan Vale in the 9th minute of the match. Ivo de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luan Vale in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto dos Santos came free, but Ivo de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pesqueira City getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Durvalino Diniz hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Magalhães came free, but Ivo de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Lopes in the 44th minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Ivo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivo de Moraes came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Jenipapo SC's Leonardo Magalhães. But to his dismay, Leonardo Magalhães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonardo Magalhães to make the kick off. Kaká Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yan Netto in the 54th minute of play. Pesqueira City's Ivo de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto dos Santos in the 60th minute of play. Kaká Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernani Tavares in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Yan Netto came free, but Kaká Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The tension between the Jenipapo SC and the Pesqueira City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ivo de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
