Spectators: 7764 (Terracing: 5824, Seating: 1786, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Wesly Leenpoels made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Van den Bergh came free, but Sabri Letailleur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KFC Vliegplein's Mark Jansens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Vliegplein from getting a goal against them. After 20 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Gustav Van den Bergh. Sabri Letailleur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesly Leenpoels, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a little luck, KFC Vliegplein's Mark Jansens got control of the ball when Guillaume Soudan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 29 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Franck De Vriendt. 31 minutes into the game, Guillaume Soudan lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Mark Jansens. In the 37th minute, Émilien Tessier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Wesly Leenpoels got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Batista Fuertehijar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mark Jansens having to interfere. Guillaume Soudan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Mark Jansens made a huge save. Guillaume Soudan took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mark Jansens. Mark Jansens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guillaume Soudan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Norbert Suetens kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Guillaume Soudan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mark Jansens having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Vliegplein's zone, Batista Fuertehijar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Jansens came out of the goal and Batista Fuertehijar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute Guillaume Soudan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Jansens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Jansens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batista Fuertehijar in the 81st minute of play. Mark Jansens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillaume Soudan's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Christoffel Winnepenninck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paul-Émile Morille hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Thierry Nagels recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute Guillaume Soudan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Jansens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Batista Fuertehijar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
