Spectators: 7687 (Terracing: 5766, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Willem-Jan Paelemans got the match started through his kick off. Malik Carbonnel kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Arne Van Brusselen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batista Fuertehijar in the 10th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Batista Fuertehijar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Van Brusselen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francois Swartenbroekx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sabri Letailleur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herblay's Sabri Letailleur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willem-Jan Paelemans in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Yannis Candries hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adam Maugard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Fauna Utd's Harry Custermans got a free kick in the 29th minute. Arne Van Brusselen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batista Fuertehijar in the 30th minute of play. When Mathis Calon fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Herblay's protests and gave Mathis Calon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Mathis Calon hit a great ball. Sabri Letailleur made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Maman Papachronopoulos sent off a good shot on target. Arne Van Brusselen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillaume Soudan's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Fauna Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Antonin Daguerre came free, but Arne Van Brusselen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Van Brusselen came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Herblay's Guillaume Soudan. But to his dismay, Guillaume Soudan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Guillaume Soudan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Guillaume Soudan made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Fauna Utd got a freekick which was hit by Harry Custermans. After 54 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Paul-Émile Morille. 56 minutes into the match, Fauna Utd's goalkeeper Arne Van Brusselen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonin Daguerre. Herblay's Batista Fuertehijar got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Guillaume Soudan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batista Fuertehijar to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Malik Carbonnel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Van Brusselen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batista Fuertehijar in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of Fauna Utd booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonin Daguerre didn't get a good kick on the ball.
