Josef Lundblad made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Guillaume Soudan sent off a good shot on target. Pauliström's Josef Lundblad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Pauliström from getting a goal against them. Guillaume Soudan took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Josef Lundblad. Josef Lundblad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Guillaume Soudan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Josef Lundblad made a huge save. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Herblay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Isaac Västberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Pauliström's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Pauliström's Isaac Västberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Sabri Letailleur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sabri Letailleur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Glad in the 29th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Pauliström's Birger Klint made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sabri Letailleur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claes Forss stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Isaac Västberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josef Lundblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Soudan, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Guillaume Soudan might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Josef Lundblad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guillaume Soudan ran back to his position shaking his head. Herblay's Sabri Letailleur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claes Forss in the 65th minute of play. Guillaume Soudan might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Josef Lundblad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guillaume Soudan ran back to his position shaking his head. Guillaume Soudan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Josef Lundblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guillaume Soudan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josef Lundblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Soudan, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Guillaume Soudan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antonin Daguerre's late challenge caught a Pauliström's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonin Daguerre helped the player get up and apologised. Josef Lundblad came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Herblay's Guillaume Soudan. But to his dismay, Guillaume Soudan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Herblay's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
