In the 17th minute of the match, Thierry Nagels got a very nice opportunity to score, but Honorato Montrel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, KFC Vliegplein's Mathias-Alexander Terhorst got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Haroldo Firmin hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Mark Jansens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Boulogne, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Boulogne in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mark Jansens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Wesly Leenpoels's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorato Montrel was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, Boulogne del Ciclón's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Van den Bergh came free, but Honorato Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
