Jozef van Elderen hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Fauna Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Greger Kullgren came free, but Frederick Van Gorp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederick Van Gorp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Willem-Jan Paelemans made a kick off. After some careless play in the FC Snipers defense, Rens vrolijx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Brandin. The FC Snipers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Brandin should have stopped the shot. Göran Olofsson hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Bernard Vanden Bussche had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Brandin. FC Snipers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernard Vanden Bussche was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Fauna Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Mike Vandamme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Brandin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fauna Utd's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
