Svartvallstjärnens IF's Birger Wassenius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Svartvallstjärnens IF from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ted Bettney during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ross Armitage showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niklas Helberg in the 8th minute of the match. Ross Armitage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tor Målare, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Vance Ainsworth kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Eliasson in the 11th minute of play forced Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper Ross Armitage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 16 minutes, Dan Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Svartvallstjärnens IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dan Andersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vance Ainsworth hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Åke Eliasson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ross Armitage came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Svartvallstjärnens IF reached it. With a little luck, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Birger Wassenius got control of the ball when Gwyn Harper tried to sneak it across the goal line. Henley on Thames United's Ross Armitage played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Eliasson in the 26th minute of play. Birger Wassenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Bettney in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklas Helberg in the 35th minute of play forced Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper Ross Armitage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svartvallstjärnens IF were furious when Robin Mellbad was red carded, 37 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 46 minutes into the game, Ted Bettney recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Birger Wassenius. Ted Bettney showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0.

Birger Wassenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Bettney in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Svartvallstjärnens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Plumber came free, but Birger Wassenius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 minutes of play, Henley on Thames United's Jordan Forbes made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birger Wassenius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Birger Wassenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Plumber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hans Lidman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Ross Armitage made a huge save. 66 minutes into the match, Tor Målare dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ross Armitage, 4-1. Tom Nordmark kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, James Davison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Svartvallstjärnens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Bettney came free, but Birger Wassenius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birger Wassenius came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Henley on Thames United's Tony Plumber. But to his dismay, Tony Plumber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Birger Wassenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavin Freeman in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Plumber in the 83rd minute of play forced Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Birger Wassenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute of the match Henley on Thames United got a corner. Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tony Plumber ran over to the corner to take the kick. James Davison was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ted Bettney took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Birger Wassenius. Birger Wassenius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Birger Wassenius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Svartvallstjärnens IF booed when Henley on Thames United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vance Ainsworth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henley on Thames United were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Svartvallstjärnens IF for a fine match.
