Furkan Gurbet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vance Ainsworth in the 22nd minute of the match. When Henley on Thames United's Ted Bettney in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Furkan Gurbet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tony Plumber's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After 38 minutes, Tony Plumber made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Sarı kaya FK's Furkan Gurbet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sarı kaya FK's Furkan Gurbet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwyn Harper in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Gwyn Harper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Gurbet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Furkan Gurbet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vance Ainsworth in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Henley on Thames United were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Taro Misaki was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Sarı kaya FK's Furkan Gurbet got control of the ball when Ted Bettney tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute Henley on Thames United were awarded a corner. In the 77th minute, Henley on Thames United's Ted Bettney ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Furkan Gurbet. Furkan Gurbet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Henley on Thames United made a substitution. Dylon Rundle replaced Gwyn Harper. Furkan Gurbet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Plumber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Furkan Gurbet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Plumber, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
