A collision led to Montesacro FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Edmondo Monzeglio hit a great ball. Taylor Swift recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Duarte Ortiz hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Taylor Swift stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lugo Bailey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 minutes, Edmondo Monzeglio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montesacro FC and the ARES FC DeusDeFutbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Montesacro FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Beppe Cannavacciuolo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ARES FC DeusDeFutbol fans cheered their team off the field, for while Montesacro FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
