Atletico Maturrango's Dei Ibarlucea quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Atletico Maturrango's Bayındır Otay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Maturrango from getting a goal against them. With 13 minutes on the clock, Rey Puyol commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Atletico Maturrango getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Rey Puyol hit a great ball. La Pachorra LSF's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 15th minute of the game, when Nicolas Mirande after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Atletico Maturrango's goal. Nicolas Mirande was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. In the 17th minute Raitin Salvia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Quintyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Pachorra LSF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dei Ibarlucea was slow to take the kick. During this time Atletico Maturrango's players had a chance to rest. Eliseo Luar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to La Pachorra LSF getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Nicolas Mirande hit a great ball. When Hulberto Arias came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Atletico Maturrango fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hulberto Arias couldn't finish the play. Atletico Maturrango's Bayındır Otay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Maturrango from getting a goal against them. Bayındır Otay made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Eliseo Luar sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Olayo came free, but Bayındır Otay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, La Pachorra LSF's Jacobo Gorri got a free kick in the 46th minute. Marciano Quintyn came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Maturrango's Dei Ibarlucea. But to his dismay, Dei Ibarlucea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Bayındır Otay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Ugaitz in the 53rd minute of play. Bayındır Otay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Luar's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Bayındır Otay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Chepe in the 66th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Atletico Maturrango got a freekick which was hit by Orlin Hinojosa. Nicolas Mirande took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bayındır Otay. Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bayındır Otay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Marciano Quintyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raitin Salvia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute Eliseo Luar suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Orlin Hinojosa charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlin Hinojosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. La Pachorra LSF's Urbano Tano was substituted for Eliseo Luar. Orlin Hinojosa kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Aldo Lauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bayındır Otay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Tano, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Bayındır Otay came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by La Pachorra LSF's Jeronimo Chepe. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Chepe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. La Pachorra LSF were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
