A collision led to Rio Verde F.C CIMZ getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Tadeu Britto hit a great ball. Paulo de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Petrigai in the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of the xeneise dream team booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ke Chang Lin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Ruben Gervaso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Ruben Gervaso put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Paulo de Mendonça. 27 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Petrigai came free, but Paulo de Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes of play, the xeneise dream team's Anastasio Petrigai made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo de Mendonça was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Zac Ba Loua slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cayetano Perutxo. That made the score 1-3 after 30 minutes of play. Zac Ba Loua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Perutxo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Zac Ba Loua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Zac Ba Loua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Perutxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Nicolas França sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cayetano Perutxo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Lehoi came free, but Paulo de Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Anselmo Indalecio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Zac Ba Loua reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cayetano Perutxo. The goal made the score 2-3. If Zac Ba Loua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in the xeneise dream team's zone, Zac Ba Loua stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Perutxo came out of the goal and Zac Ba Loua tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cayetano Perutxo came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Zac Ba Loua. But to his dismay, Zac Ba Loua quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 72nd minute Nicolas França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Perutxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasio Petrigai got free with Paulo de Mendonça in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anselmo Indalecio came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paulo de Mendonça could save by the left post. Júlio Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Ke Chang Lin hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Paulo de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Lehoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo de Mendonça stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Lehoi's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The the xeneise dream team fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when the xeneise dream team's Adrian Lehoi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. the xeneise dream team's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
