Spectators: 7675 (Terracing: 5757, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adrian Pereyra got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Sacronas Futbol Club booed when Go Ahead Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takis Chatzivrettas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustaquio Tabor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manos Papaiakovou having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Eustaquio Tabor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manos Papaiakovou was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Eustaquio Tabor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Manos Papaiakovou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sacronas Futbol Club's Eusebio Urdaspal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panagiotis Bourousis in the 11th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Manos Christodoulou could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Eusebio Urdaspal however easily saved by the left post. Sacronas Futbol Club's Eusebio Urdaspal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Sacronas Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Go Ahead Eagles getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Giotis Kouloucheris hit a great ball. Adrian Pereyra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Pereyra came free, but Manos Papaiakovou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 played minutes Sacronas Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Pereyra. The long shot by Ntinos Vounatsos in the 46th minute really tested Eusebio Urdaspal's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Adrian Pereyra charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Pereyra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adrian Pereyra hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Sacronas Futbol Club's Adrian Pereyra got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Giotis Kouloucheris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Urdaspal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Sacronas Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Manos Christodoulou came free, but Eusebio Urdaspal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusebio Urdaspal came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Go Ahead Eagles's Nikos Moustos. But to his dismay, Nikos Moustos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 66th minute, Nikos Moustos made a precise shot to the right of Eusebio Urdaspal. Sacronas Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Manos Papaiakovou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Amato in the 69th minute. Eusebio Urdaspal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panagiotis Bourousis in the 71st minute of play. Eustaquio Tabor might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manos Papaiakovou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustaquio Tabor ran back to his position shaking his head. Go Ahead Eagles's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Adrian Pereyra scored to the left of an out of position Manos Papaiakovou, making the score, 3-3. In the 80th minute of the match Sacronas Futbol Club got a corner. Go Ahead Eagles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oscar Ortiz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Oscar Ortiz made a great header on Sacronas Futbol Club's corner, it was just that Go Ahead Eagles's Manos Papaiakovou managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustaquio Tabor got free with Manos Papaiakovou in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manos Papaiakovou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Amato in the 91st minute of play. Gabriel Amato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
