In the 5th minute, Eren Cihaner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute Yaşar Akbuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldo Hills saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Luke Youngblood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Atletico Patoruzu's Calvin Rodriguez got a free kick in the 13th minute. Arif Babürşah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldo Hills having to interfere. A collision led to HORIZZONT getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Arif Babürşah hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Connor Presley in the 17th minute of play forced HORIZZONT's goalkeeper Rüştü Recber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Kratěna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 played minutes HORIZZONT got a freekick which was hit by Arif Babürşah. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Tyrell Cochran took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rüştü Recber to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the HORIZZONT defense, Connor Marrero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rüştü Recber. The HORIZZONT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rüştü Recber should have stopped the shot. Waldo Hills didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yaşar Akbuğ went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yaşar Akbuğ in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldo Hills prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Waldo Hills made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaşar Akbuğ in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute HORIZZONT were awarded a corner. Nuh Sadreddin went to the cornerflag to take it. Jan Kratěna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waldo Hills read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseo Cavazos made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Atletico Patoruzu's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Eger came free, but Waldo Hills reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atletico Patoruzu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nuh Sadreddin was slow to take the kick. During this time HORIZZONT's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Arif Babürşah heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Arif Babürşah struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Waldo Hills didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HORIZZONT. After 60 played minutes Arif Babürşah rounded Atletico Patoruzu's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Atletico Patoruzu's Waldo Hills played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Kratěna in the 62nd minute of play. Rüştü Recber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Cavazos in the 65th minute of the match. Rüştü Recber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Cavazos's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Arif Babürşah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldo Hills having to interfere. When Yaşar Akbuğ came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the HORIZZONT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yaşar Akbuğ couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Jan Kratěna made a precise shot to the right of Waldo Hills. Atletico Patoruzu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 75th minute Yaşar Akbuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldo Hills saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaşar Akbuğ in the 78th minute of play forced Atletico Patoruzu's goalkeeper Waldo Hills to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Yaşar Akbuğ put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Waldo Hills. Waldo Hills was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jan Kratěna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 86 minute of play. In the 88th minute of the match Bora Han Vahit sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Waldo Hills skillfully saved the ball. In the 89th minute, Eric Malone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 played minutes, HORIZZONT's Nuh Sadreddin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Waldo Hills came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in HORIZZONT reached it. In the 91st minute Arif Babürşah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldo Hills saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, one of Atletico Patoruzu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atletico Patoruzu. Atletico Patoruzu:s Waldo Hills showed great skill when he stopped Nuh Sadreddin:s penalty.
