Spectators: 7651 (Terracing: 5740, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Joaquim Donatello started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amadeu Prado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Waldo Hills made a huge save. After some careless play in the BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- defense, Eliseo Cavazos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Douglas Tasso. The BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Douglas Tasso should have stopped the shot. In the 14th minute Eliseo Cavazos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eliseo Cavazos came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Atletico Patoruzu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Cavazos couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute, Amadeu Prado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Joaquim Donatello hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute Eliseo Cavazos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Atletico Patoruzu's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Donatello came free, but Waldo Hills reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Malone in the 35th minute of play. Douglas Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tyrell Cochran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! In the 41st minute there was a penalty for Atletico Patoruzu. Goliath Pequeño stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Douglas Tasso. 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseo Cavazos made a kick off. Connor Marrero in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Douglas Tasso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Douglas Tasso made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Eliseo Cavazos sent off a good shot on target. Douglas Tasso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eric Malone showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 65 minute of play. After a rather tough play, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Joaquim Donatello got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 75th play minutes Amadeu Prado shot 3-3, a short shot which went by Waldo Hills and just under the crossbar into goal. After 77 played minutes Atletico Patoruzu got a freekick which was hit by Eric Malone. In the 78th match minute, Atletico Patoruzu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Cavazos to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute Connor Presley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Goliath Pequeño hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Albertinho Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Atletico Patoruzu's Goliath Pequeño got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atletico Patoruzu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
