Club Floresta Manda's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Club Floresta Manda's Emanuel Frichoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miro Klose in the 12th minute of play. Fabian Gudesteo scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelo Peruzzi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emanuel Frichoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miro Klose, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Floresta Manda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cosimo Rondinelli was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Aquile Azzurre's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Catena in the 33rd minute of play forced Club Floresta Manda's goalkeeper Emanuel Frichoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
