FC Aquile Azzurre's Angelo Peruzzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Maia in the 25th minute of play. FC Aquile Azzurre's Angelo Peruzzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Aquile Azzurre from getting a goal against them. Miro Klose struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Alan Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Aquile Azzurre. In the 75th minute Franco Catena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alan Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miro Klose couldn't finish the play. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
