Angel Paulin's late challenge caught a Atletico Patoruzu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angel Paulin helped the player get up and apologised. Angel Paulin hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes of play, Atletico Patoruzu's Eliseo Cavazos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelino Nuno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Atletico Patoruzu's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Bartoli came free, but Waldo Hills reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18. Marcelino Nuno stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Waldo Hills. 2-1. Waldo Hills showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Bartoli in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Benito Cresitobalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldo Hills saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 played minutes Atletico Patoruzu got a freekick which was hit by Calvin Rodriguez. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.
In the 55th minute, Eliseo Pacho made a precise shot to the right of Waldo Hills. Atletico Patoruzu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. After 61 minutes StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Goliath Pequeño who took care of the corner kick. In the 66th minute, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Bernardino Bartoli dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. The supporters of Atletico Patoruzu booed when StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Tiadoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute of the match Goliath Pequeño shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Moises Beti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Moises Beti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Malone in the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Atletico Patoruzu getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Luke Youngblood hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Patoruzu's zone, Bernardino Bartoli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldo Hills came out of the goal and Bernardino Bartoli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Waldo Hills took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Gimenez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Bartoli took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldo Hills. Waldo Hills dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. 90 minutes into the match, Atletico Patoruzu's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Pacho came free, but Waldo Hills reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Atletico Patoruzu's Eliseo Cavazos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moises Beti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Tyrell Cochran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
