During the 15th minute of the match Gonçalo Massa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gonçalo Massa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Fabiofs's Gonçalo Massa got a free kick in the 16th minute. Pedro Mazza acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 16th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ian Mesquita. Fabiofs's Pedro Mazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Maia in the 18th minute of play. Jumentus Rock Club's Alan Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elano de Salles in the 21st minute of play. Tomás de Castro struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Alan Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fabiofs. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Fabiofs's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
