Marcelo Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan de Godoi in the 7th minute of play forced Atletico Patoruzu's goalkeeper Waldo Hills to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeu Cerezo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Waldo Hills made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Maia in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Atletico Patoruzu's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Maia came free, but Waldo Hills reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldo Hills came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Jumentus Rock Club's Marcelo Maia. But to his dismay, Marcelo Maia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Goliath Mediano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Atletico Patoruzu getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Eric Malone hit a great ball. Tales Teles hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Alan Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Cavazos in the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Eliseo Cavazos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alan Alcântara. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fabiano Leite in the 48th minute of play forced Atletico Patoruzu's goalkeeper Waldo Hills to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Eliseo Cavazos made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Jumentus Rock Club's Waldo Hills threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Allan de Godoi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Atletico Patoruzu booed when Jumentus Rock Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Adolfo de Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58 played minutes Jumentus Rock Club got a freekick which was hit by Cacá Correia. In the 59th minute of the match Goliath Pequeño shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alan Alcântara showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 67th minute Marcelo Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldo Hills saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute Allan de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldo Hills saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Marcelo Maia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jumentus Rock Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Patoruzu the free kick. After a rather tough play, Jumentus Rock Club's Marcelo Maia got a free kick in the 74th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Cavazos in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alan Alcântara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Connor Presley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Patoruzu's supporters rose to their feet, but Connor Presley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alan Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jumentus Rock Club's Alan Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Cavazos in the 94th minute of play. The Atletico Patoruzu supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jumentus Rock Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Jumentus Rock Club.
