Waldo Hills came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by El Fortín de Floresta's Necaettin Sahir. But to his dismay, Necaettin Sahir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Carolo Naelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Connor Presley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th match minute, El Fortín de Floresta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Aballe to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, Carolo Beltxe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Waldo Hills was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Atletico Patoruzu's Waldo Hills played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Beltxe in the 21st minute of play. Eric Malone hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Connor Presley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atletico Patoruzu's Waldo Hills played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necaettin Sahir in the 29th minute of play. Eliseo Cavazos scored 1-3 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carolo Naelio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 34 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Cavazos came free, but Carolo Naelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Atletico Patoruzu's goal looked a bit too open when Necaettin Sahir came free, but Waldo Hills reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldo Hills stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carolo Beltxe's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. A collision led to Atletico Patoruzu getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Eric Malone hit a great ball. The supporters of Atletico Patoruzu booed when El Fortín de Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chaouki Ben Rau didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to El Fortín de Floresta getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Victorio Porfiro hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carolo Beltxe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Atletico Patoruzu's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Beltxe came free, but Waldo Hills reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carolo Beltxe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Waldo Hills when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eric Malone hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Carolo Beltxe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Waldo Hills made a huge save. In the 59th minute, Cirilo Aballe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chaouki Ben Rau hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes in the game, Carolo Beltxe fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Waldo Hills having to interfere. Goliath Mediano hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. El Fortín de Floresta's Teofilo Rojelio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Waldo Hills but with some difficulty. After 70 minutes of play, Atletico Patoruzu's Eliseo Cavazos made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carolo Naelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! El Fortín de Floresta's Daniel Bermudo was substituted for Melquiades Eliazar. In the 75th minute Simon Baumar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldo Hills saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Carolo Beltxe sped through Atletico Patoruzu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Waldo Hills. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. El Fortín de Floresta walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
