Spectators: 7678 (Terracing: 5759, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sandu Bâru started the match with the kick off. BVB 09's Filip Mirciulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boughera Benmabrouk in the 7th minute of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Sandu Bâru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salmiyah Power's Fathi Abbas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When BVB 09's Sandu Bâru in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salmiyah Power's goalie prevented a goal. Salmiyah Power's Fathi Abbas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Bâru in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when Salmiyah Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoheir Cohen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filip Mirciulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhil Meniri, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Fathi Abbas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valeriu Blaj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Valeriu Blaj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fathi Abbas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Halim Zeghdoud ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filip Mirciulescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 40 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goalkeeper Filip Mirciulescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samir Abdenouz. After a defensive mix-up in BVB 09's zone, Boughera Benmabrouk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filip Mirciulescu came out of the goal and Boughera Benmabrouk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fadhil Meniri got free with Filip Mirciulescu in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boughera Benmabrouk made a kick off. Boughera Benmabrouk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filip Mirciulescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Filip Mirciulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halim Zeghdoud, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 60 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goal looked a bit too open when Samir Abdenouz came free, but Filip Mirciulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fadhil Meniri in the 64th minute of play forced BVB 09's goalkeeper Filip Mirciulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Fadhil Meniri sped through BVB 09's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Filip Mirciulescu. In the 71st match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zoheir Cohen to maneuver through the defense. BVB 09's Filip Mirciulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halim Zeghdoud in the 76th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Boughera Benmabrouk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salmiyah Power fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 87 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goal looked a bit too open when Halim Zeghdoud came free, but Filip Mirciulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samir Abdenouz to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Salmiyah Power players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
