Mauro Ordono charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Ordono the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SAN MARTIN F.C. getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mauro Ordono hit a great ball. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Maximiliano Astudillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Bixintxo in the 19th minute of play. After 21 played minutes SAN MARTIN F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Simon Canor. A collision led to SAN MARTIN F.C. getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Simon Canor hit a great ball. The supporters of SAN MARTIN F.C. booed when PATADAS S.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Bixintxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Bernardino Ospin in the 30th minute really tested Nestor Ofelio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 32nd minute Edelmiro Silban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Marcelino Bixintxo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximiliano Astudillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Victor Chuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edelmiro Silban struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Maximiliano Astudillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PATADAS S.A. Victor Chuse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Astudillo having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Alejandro Mendebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Urtsin in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abelardo Roland to make the kick off. Edelmiro Silban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Astudillo having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Edelmiro Silban took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Maximiliano Astudillo to make any attempt to save it. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edelmiro Silban 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. If Edelmiro Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejandro Mendebal kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, PATADAS S.A's Edelmiro Silban got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 85 played minutes, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Mauro Ordono shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nestor Ofelio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SAN MARTIN F.C. reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Edelmiro Silban managed to get in a good position for a shot. PATADAS S.A's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Silban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Astudillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edelmiro Silban kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Bernardino Ospin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nestor Ofelio. PATADAS S.A's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Valentin Cloyo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PATADAS S.A's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAN MARTIN F.C. the free kick. In the 95th minute, Valentin Cloyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The PATADAS S.A supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing PATADAS S.A would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
