Flamengo Paraibano players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of E. C. Flamengo Paraibano booed when Albertus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gertjan van Damme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leendert Borg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erberk Tunçkol, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute 许亦渊 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mané Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Albertus FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Rivaldo Pele hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's Zdzislaw Kajdasz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Zdzislaw Kajdasz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of E. C. Flamengo Paraibano protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Zdzislaw Kajdasz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's Zdzislaw Kajdasz got a free kick in the 27th minute. Mané Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Hebert in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's goal looked a bit too open when 许亦渊 came free, but Mané Barreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertus FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gert Hebert in the 36th minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Albertus FC's goalkeeper Leendert Borg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 许亦渊 to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Frits Platvoet tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mané Barreto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 55 minutes into the match, E. With a little luck, E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's Mané Barreto got control of the ball when 许亦渊 tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Thomás Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albin Anundsson kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Albertus FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
