The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hubert Ottens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Astudillo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frits Platvoet in the 7th minute of play forced SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalkeeper Maximiliano Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Jairo Ritchie got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute Frits Platvoet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Albertus FC's 许亦渊 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximiliano Astudillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Simon Canor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes Albertus FC got a freekick which was hit by 许亦渊. Alvaro Eufrasio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leendert Borg. Albertus FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, 许亦渊 notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Maximiliano Astudillo. Maximiliano Astudillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maximiliano Astudillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frits Platvoet's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 许亦渊 made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Frits Platvoet made a precise shot to the right of Maximiliano Astudillo. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Maximiliano Astudillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Schiphouwer's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 6-0 when 许亦渊 sped through SAN MARTIN F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximiliano Astudillo. After some careless play in the SAN MARTIN F.C. defense, Frits Platvoet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano Astudillo. The SAN MARTIN F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano Astudillo should have stopped the shot. 许亦渊 took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximiliano Astudillo. Maximiliano Astudillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Maximiliano Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 许亦渊 in the 76th minute of the match. Maximiliano Astudillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frits Platvoet, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Albertus FC's 许亦渊 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximiliano Astudillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. In the 88th match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rivaldo Pele to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Astudillo came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Albertus FC's Frits Platvoet. But to his dismay, Frits Platvoet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Albertus FC fully deserved thier win.
