Ivan Kmetov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Handi in the 8th minute of play. Ivan Kmetov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusebio Veronica showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. The supporters of Acratas Unidos booed when Botev Plovdiv 1912 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yavor Zehirov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the last second Ivan Kmetov throw himself and got hold of the ball when Eusebio Veronica in the 18thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Cecilio Felipillo's late challenge caught a Botev Plovdiv 1912's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cecilio Felipillo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Cecilio Felipillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Veronica in the 23rd minute of play forced Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalkeeper Ivan Kmetov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Ognyan Filipov put in a rough tackle. Ognyan Filipov kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Placido Ilazki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Ivan Kmetov made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusebio Veronica in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Kmetov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivan Kmetov was a little too slow when Placido Ilazki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalkeeper Ivan Kmetov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Botev Plovdiv 1912's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Felipillo came free, but Ivan Kmetov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valko Mitin to make the kick off. In the 92nd match minute, Acratas Unidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Handi to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Eusebio Veronica had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Kmetov. Botev Plovdiv 1912's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusebio Veronica was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Acratas Unidos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
