Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40thth minute of the game Luis María Rodriguez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Jason Achin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Plebeyos's Hermengildo Suero got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Hermengildo Suero hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Primitivo Eguen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Jason Achin got control of the ball when Valentin Abalos tried to sneak it across the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Junior Stover couldn't finish the play. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Stover, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Thaddeus Bellemare kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Plebeyos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Plebeyos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
