Acratas Unidos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Earl Croteau was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Eusebio Veronica's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jason Achin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Bruce Morin kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Eusebio Veronica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jason Achin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jason Achin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aurelio Osorio. In the 28th minute, Jewel Coats made a precise shot to the right of Candido Quinteros. Acratas Unidos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Candido Quinteros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Junior Stover in the 36th minute of the match. Acratas Unidos's Candido Quinteros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruce Morin in the 38th minute of play. When Ciro Savion fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Acratas Unidos's protests and gave Ciro Savion a yellow card for diving instead. Ciro Savion kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Mario Dostie shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Candido Quinteros came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Qikiqtarjuaq FC reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Bruce Morin made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Veronica in the 54th minute of play forced Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper Jason Achin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The tension between the Qikiqtarjuaq FC and the Acratas Unidos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Acratas Unidos booed when Qikiqtarjuaq FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruce Morin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Qikiqtarjuaq FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Brooks Yates hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Aurelio Osorio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Jason Achin didn't even have to move. After 71 minutes Acratas Unidos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Earl Croteau who took care of the corner kick. Erich Stokes kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Aurelio Osorio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jason Achin. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Acratas Unidos's Jonathan Handi got a free kick in the 75th minute. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Bruce Morin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 76 minutes into the match, Acratas Unidos's goalkeeper Candido Quinteros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Junior Stover. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Ilazki in the 78th minute of play forced Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper Jason Achin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Acratas Unidos's Ciro Savion got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 82nd match minute, Acratas Unidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Sazon to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Earl Croteau tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Bruce Morin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Candido Quinteros. The goal made the score 1-3. Brooks Yates kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, Acratas Unidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Savion to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Earl Croteau hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
