A collision led to Qikiqtarjuaq FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Erich Stokes hit a great ball. RÖK's Yan Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruce Morin in the 4th minute of play. Jewel Coats kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Thaddeus Bellemare fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Qikiqtarjuaq FC's protests and gave Thaddeus Bellemare a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Thaddeus Bellemare got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adelino Jacinto during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 played minutes RÖK got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Jacinto. Yan Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Earl Croteau in the 27th minute of play. Gilson Dionísio hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Earl Croteau, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Jewel Coats managed to get in a good position for a shot. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jewel Coats was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Pirani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Junior Stover in the 40th minute of play forced RÖK's goalkeeper Yan Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Junior Stover ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yan Pirani was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Yan Pirani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruce Morin went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

If Jewel Coats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elivélton Cruz in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jason Achin saved Qikiqtarjuaq FC from getting behind. In the 63rd match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Junior Stover to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Bruce Morin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. After having played for 73 minutes, Bruce Morin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruce Morin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edson Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Bruce Morin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Yan Pirani 76 minutes into the match. Jewel Coats struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Yan Pirani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Qikiqtarjuaq FC. Bruce Morin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruce Morin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Yan Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jason Achin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesinha Marquez's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. A collision led to RÖK getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Cesinha Marquez hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, RÖK's Cesinha Marquez got a free kick in the 94th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Qikiqtarjuaq FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
