Monumento Sports's Luiz Fábio Rosado got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 7thth minute of the game 楚森星 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monumento Sports's Natanael Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, ≮王者归来≯匪匪占山为王's 郑明庭 got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute Luiz Fábio Rosado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 柳远川 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 17 minutes, Luiz Fábio Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monumento Sports's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fábio Rosado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kosta Kent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Monumento Sports booed when ≮王者归来≯匪匪占山为王 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. 程邦明 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Luiz Fábio Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monumento Sports's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Fábio Rosado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 柳远川 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Natanael Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 柯彬思, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 柳远川 came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Monumento Sports's Luiz Fábio Rosado. But to his dismay, Luiz Fábio Rosado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toninho Arruda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Monumento Sports's goal looked a bit too open when 吴辰卫 came free, but Natanael Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Toninho Arruda fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monumento Sports's protests and gave Toninho Arruda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Toninho Arruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 played minutes Monumento Sports got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Salles. 70 minutes into the match, Monumento Sports's goal looked a bit too open when 柯彬思 came free, but Natanael Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when 程邦明 put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in ≮王者归来≯匪匪占山为王 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! After 76 played minutes Monumento Sports got a freekick which was hit by Toninho Arruda. After a defensive mix-up in ≮王者归来≯匪匪占山为王's zone, Luiz Fábio Rosado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 柳远川 came out of the goal and Luiz Fábio Rosado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 柳远川 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Rosado in the 83rd minute of the match. Márcio Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Toninho Arruda was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Luiz Gustavo Mazza was extremely unlucky when he, in the 95th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Luiz Fábio Rosado might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 柳远川. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luiz Fábio Rosado ran back to his position shaking his head. 柳远川 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Fábio Rosado in the 96th minute. Monumento Sports's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
