Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alexandre Vale got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Socavon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Vale came free, but Toni Schumacher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garaile Pacio hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Socavon FC's Baldomiro Contero got a free kick in the 8th minute. Socavon FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eneas Leal in the 12th minute. Eneas Leal had several of the Garanhão do SUL's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Joel Maciel as he didn't even see the shot coming. 17 minutes into the match, Socavon FC's Eneas Leal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Maciel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 31 minutes, Almiro Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garanhão do SUL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Almiro Cabral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Johnsson in the 32nd minute of play forced Socavon FC's goalkeeper Toni Schumacher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eneas Leal in the 33rd minute of play forced Garanhão do SUL's goalkeeper Joel Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Socavon FC made a substitution. Diagur Mellado replaced Eneas Leal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diagur Mellado to strike the kick off in the second half. Garaile Pacio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Vale got free with Toni Schumacher in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute, Diagur Mellado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Garaile Pacio in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Maciel saved Garanhão do SUL from getting behind. When Gaspar Valadão fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garanhão do SUL's protests and gave Gaspar Valadão a yellow card for diving instead. Garaile Pacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Maciel having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Martin Chapado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Maciel. Garanhão do SUL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Chapado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandre Vale in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toni Schumacher saved Socavon FC from getting behind. André Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Schumacher having to interfere. With his leg Toni Schumacher managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Garanhão do SUL's Damian Prokowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joel Maciel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Garaile Pacio's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Damian Prokowski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Toni Schumacher 77 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, Socavon FC's goalkeeper Toni Schumacher had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Prokowski. With a little luck, Socavon FC's Toni Schumacher got control of the ball when Damian Prokowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Vale. After a defensive mix-up in Socavon FC's zone, Damian Prokowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toni Schumacher came out of the goal and Damian Prokowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Israel Coutinho's late challenge caught a Socavon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Coutinho helped the player get up and apologised.
