When André Luiz Vides fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BMB IMOVEIS SC's protests and gave André Luiz Vides a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that André Luiz Vides's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sturle Åsland was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. After 20 played minutes, Åsnes's Petter Vartdal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Åsnes reached it. Petter Vartdal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sérgio de Azevedo. BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 25th minute, André Luiz Vides got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roman Bide kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Cafu de Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sturle Åsland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Paranaense charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Paranaense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emanuel Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, BMB IMOVEIS SC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Vie came free, but Sérgio de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 56 minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ray Man who took care of the corner kick. Åsnes's Ray Man was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sérgio de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Vie in the 57th minute of play. Sturle Åsland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luiz Vides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Walmir Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Vie took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sérgio de Azevedo. Sérgio de Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mathias Vidal hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Sérgio de Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Jonathan Vie sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Vie in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sérgio de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jon-Inge Nysæter kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Emanuel Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sturle Åsland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rune Gjessing hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The supporters of Åsnes booed when BMB IMOVEIS SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Paraíba didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Vie in the 86th minute of play forced BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute of the match, Jonathan Vie tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sérgio de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Vie's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Emanuel Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Vides came free, but Sturle Åsland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BMB IMOVEIS SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
