In the 15th minute, Rafael Cordeal made a precise shot to the right of Nemesio Abella. River CBBA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 18th minute, Fernanco Abarca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Victorio Dacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iker Froila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Ignado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Tadeo Ignado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Froila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Göransson came free, but Iker Froila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Reinaldo Merlo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to River CBBA's Lazaro Abadie getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Cordeal in the 46th minute of play forced River CBBA's goalkeeper Nemesio Abella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tadeo Ignado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Ignado in the 51st minute of play forced Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s goalkeeper Iker Froila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute of the game Gogo Inguma made a throw-in which Eliseo Etor played forward. In the 55th minute, Tadeo Ignado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Froila was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The corner led River CBBA's Cheng Ang Ning to fire away a dangerous shot which Iker Froila despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Cheng Ang Ning came free, but Iker Froila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Cheng Ang Ning cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Iker Froila was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. River CBBA's Ricardo Rojas was substituted for Fabián Basualdo. In the 74th minute Tadeo Ignado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Froila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s goalkeeper Iker Froila, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 81 minutes, Aaron Göransson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River CBBA and the Vamos Los Pibes!!!! players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes River CBBA got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Göransson. River CBBA's Gio Simeone was substituted for Tadeo Ignado. The supporters of Vamos Los Pibes!!!! booed when River CBBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Göransson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
