Tadeo Ignado started the match with the kick off. Santana Abar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Ignado in the 4th minute of the match. In the 9th match minute, Discípulos de Ayn Rand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garikoitz Abechuco to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of River CBBA booed when Discípulos de Ayn Rand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ebardo Abello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aaron Göransson kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Bladi Abella kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When Felix Abenda fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored River CBBA's protests and gave Felix Abenda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, Felix Abenda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tadeo Ignado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santana Abar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, River CBBA's Aaron Göransson got a free kick in the 35th minute. A collision led to River CBBA getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Aaron Göransson hit a great ball. Aaron Abella charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Abella the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Discípulos de Ayn Rand! The goalkeeper, Santana Abar, was totally fooled by River CBBA's Felix Abenda, who 46 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Garikoitz Abechuco made a kick off. Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Santana Abar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Ignado in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match, Edwin Hurtado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Oliverio Abella was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cheng Ang Ning's late challenge caught a Discípulos de Ayn Rand's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cheng Ang Ning helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to River CBBA getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Juanpi Sorin hit a great ball. With a little luck, River CBBA's Oliverio Abella got control of the ball when Edwin Hurtado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oliverio Abella made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edwin Hurtado in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, River CBBA's Aaron Göransson got a free kick in the 68th minute. River CBBA made a substitution. Lazaro Abadie replaced Felix Abenda. After 69 played minutes River CBBA got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Göransson. Santana Abar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juanpi Sorin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Abeita charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cornelio Abeita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Cornelio Abeita got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Discípulos de Ayn Rand booed when River CBBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Rojas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Ricardo Rojas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. River CBBA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Rojas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd match minute, Discípulos de Ayn Rand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogerio Abenda to maneuver through the defense. River CBBA's Gio Simeone was substituted for Tadeo Ignado. After a rather tough play, Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Rogerio Abenda got a free kick in the 84th minute. River CBBA's Ricardo Rojas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Discípulos de Ayn Rand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gio Simeone in the 87th minute of play forced Discípulos de Ayn Rand's goalkeeper Santana Abar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garikoitz Abechuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santana Abar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gio Simeone in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute River CBBA were awarded a corner. Ricardo Rojas went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The River CBBA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Discípulos de Ayn Rand had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
