Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Malcolm Mcvey started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Åsnes booed when Melbourne 007 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Mccormick didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Mcvey came free, but Sturle Åsland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Malcolm Mcvey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åsnes's goalkeeper Sturle Åsland, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Åsnes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksander Ånestad to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Bilge Kağan Adem had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sturle Åsland. Åsnes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bilge Kağan Adem was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jonathan Vie shot from long distance after 30 played minutes, a shot that Jasmine Kuch with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Åsnes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by John-Einar Bøen in the 32nd minute. John-Einar Bøen made a great header on Åsnes's corner, it was just that Melbourne 007's Jasmine Kuch managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Åsnes's Steffen Askvik got a free kick in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristian Sandersen in the 35th minute of play forced Melbourne 007's goalkeeper Jasmine Kuch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Malcolm Mcvey made a precise shot to the right of Sturle Åsland. Åsnes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Vie in the 44th minute of play forced Melbourne 007's goalkeeper Jasmine Kuch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blade King succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 45th playminute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Vie to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Melbourne 007's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Vie came free, but Jasmine Kuch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute, Jon-Inge Nysæter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Jonathan Vie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jasmine Kuch was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. 59 minutes into the game, Jonathan Vie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Jasmine Kuch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Vie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jasmine Kuch having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Mcvey in the 70th minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Sturle Åsland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bilge Kağan Adem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sturle Åsland having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Vie in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jasmine Kuch prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Melbourne 007's Jasmine Kuch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Melbourne 007 from getting a goal against them. Jasmine Kuch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kim Alnes's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Shortis during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Melbourne 007 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Shortis to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Åsnes defense, Blade King kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sturle Åsland. The Åsnes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sturle Åsland should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Melbourne 007 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
